Tisha was first introduced to the game of when she was only 3 years old and from then on never stopped playing.  She began officially competing in the sport when she was 7 years old and has kept up the momentum ever since!  Tisha is a native to Illinois and played as a top golfer in her home state. 

When she turned 13, she relocated to California and continued playing golf through her junior and high school years where she had six top 15 finishes in the American Junior Golf Association.  She was a four year, first team All-Southwestern League golfer for Vista Murrieta High School where she earned the title of Most Valuable Golfer in both her junior and senior years and was named team captain and student athlete of the year her senior year.  She competed in the CIF Regionals for three years earning the title of Athlete of the Month in each season.  She also won the title of "most inspirational" and "best sportsmanship" awards along with scholar-athlete honors for all four years of high school.

Tisha entered the collegiate level when she made the golf team at Cal State Fullerton.  She earned second-team All-Big West Conference honors in her freshman year and had the best average score on the Titans' roster at 75.74 strokes.  From 2011 to 2012 Tisha earned numerous accomplishments.  She placed in the top 10 five out of nine season events and tied for 8th place at the Big West Conference championships at San Luis Obispo Country Club with a 13 over par 229.  She also had a pair of runner-up finishes including 2nd at 13 over par 226 at the Firestone Grill Invitational in Nipomo and 2nd at a season's best 1 over par 217 at the Lexus Classic in Fresno.
