Reservation Terms & Restrictions

By booking a reservation you agree to sign a Rental Agreement and agree to abide by all terms and conditions of that agreement.  

 

• 50% Deposit is due once your reservation is confirmed; balance is due 60-days prior to arrival.

• Total number of guests at any time are restricted to the terms of the contract.

• All guest names must be disclosed once your booking is confirmed.

• Events are prohibited unless pre-authorized upon confirmation of booking.  This includes but is not limited to graduation parties, college spring break, bachelor/bachelorette groups, weddings, et cetera.

• Pricing for approved special events will be provided upon request.

• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times; guests are required to observe the property quiet time from 10:00 pm MST until 10:00 am MST.

• SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.  This includes indoor and outdoor areas.

Villa Cielito Del Mar offers you the ambiance of home, luxurious amenities, and peace of mind knowing that cleanliness is at the forefront of our commitment to our guests.  Our villa cleaning standards mandate the use of EPA-approved cleaning solutions, personal protective equipment (PPE) such as face masks and gloves by professional housekeeping staff, adherence to CDC cleaning standards, stringent sanitization protocols, and a thorough checklist of required steps for each villa rental between guests.
