Lauren "Ren" Walsh

Ren Walsh is a dynamic leader and seasoned business developer responsible for directing the company’s Human Resource and Accounting departments. One of the newest members of O.C. Golf Events, Ren joined the organization mid-2021 with a fresh goal-oriented approach toward operations that focuses on building and retaining talent, financial analysis, and lean six sigma refinements. Ren’s colleagues might describe her as driven, pragmatic, and ambitious while her friends and family would most likely refer to Ren as passionate, determined, and economical.

 

In her previous role, Ren served as Director and Chief Operating Officer to a regional brand based out of San Diego, CA for more than six years before crafting a successful exit strategy and immersing herself in the capital fundraising scene. Ren successfully implemented two rounds of fundraising, seed and series-A, before eventually selling her corporation and working as a private business development consultant in an LLC since 2020.

 

Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Alliant International University, Ren's continuous aim is to bring her business acumen, emotional intelligence, and operational skills to the O.C. Golf Events team in order to make an impact!
